What does Unemployment Appeals pre-determination, "The previous determination will be modified" mean?
I was forced to resign in lieu of termination for an incident that occurred during the weekend while I was not working. I filed for unemployment and was denied. My former employer stated that I chose to resign for personal reasons. I appealed the decision and received the pre-decision of "The previous determination will be modified". What does this mean? The NC ESC website states "The results are intended to be self explanatory and refer back to the appealed determination. However, this is very vague! Thanks for any assistance.
