BS in Psychology...would like to teach in Missouri?

My dad actually did alternative route to licensure. He had to get accepted first into a program and then he had to convince a principal to hire him on a provisional basis while he completed his credits and took his PRAXIS tests. He was also able to use his teaching as his student teaching. After receiving his license I have not seen any negative repercussions as to how he is treated by administrators. In fact, he now works in the district as a trainer.
