Tattoo question on quoting...did my tattoo artist quote me right?

I am getting a tattoo tomorrow, it will be my first one. it will be around 3 by 5 inches, it is a fairy, there are vines and leaves too, quite a bit of detail and about ten colors. my tattoo artist charges by the hour, and quoted me for one hour. do you think it will take more than one hour for this tattoo?
