Dependence on my medication?

i once had an dependence on the counter drugs and prescribed meds and latly ive been taking 15 pills a day. infact i was rushed to the hospital recently cuz of an overdose. im afraid im going to end up like michael jackson, anna nicole and james brown. anyway, my question is do i still have a dependence on my meds? im 18 yrs old.
