Dependence on my medication?

i once had an dependence on over the counter drugs and priscribed meds and latly ive been feeling the urge to take up to 15 pills a day. infact i was rushed to the hospital recently cuz of a overdose. im afraid im going to end up like michael jackson, anna nicole and james brown. anyway, my question is do i still have a dependence on meds? im 18 yrs old.
