County court judgements,my expartner took me to court in april this year for certain items he wanted?

he was awarded what i agreed he could have but he made claims that id withheld his things for over a year when infact he made no attempted to collect,this ccj was made on april 18th he has contacted me twice to say he will be collecting his items only to never collect them,they are taking up all my garage and front room and i want them removed,where do i stand legally and can i charge him rent for the amount of space they are taking up i think nearly 3 months to collect them is rediculous i dont think he has any intention of collecting them i am trying to move to but dont wish him to know this but i carnt til these items have gone any idea would be grateful
