My wanna be boyfriend needs a place to stay but?

i love my ex. still has feelings for him. but not like i use to. now he has stronger feelings for me unlike last year. this is crazy because he keeps telling me that he's not going to give up with trying to get with me. i keep explaining to him that i am no longer interested in a committed relationship and infact would like to be just friends.he just got this girl pregnant and now she is 7 weeks.infact its the same girl he cheated on me with last year. he no longer likes her and wants me back because he realize real. but he doesnt even have a job and cant do anything for me. he's young(21)i'm 20) and still lives with his mom.but their rent man came and told him that he has to get out the house and be out by tomrw. he called me and asked if he can borrow money to live in a hotel. i told him no and to go to his baby moms but she dont want him either. i feel really sorry for him at the sametime but i cant let him in my mom house....what should i do???
