I am in need of a professional gift for a female intern who is leaving our organization soon.?

We have a woman who has been with our organization for a year and has done a wonderful job for us. We want to pool our resources (about 5 of us) and get her something to show our appreciation of her efforts. She will be getting married this summer so in lieu of something "homey" I wish to keep it along professional lines and certainly something functional. Any suggestions?
