I have tried many methods from cold turkey to the patch (which made me sick) to Chantrix (which also made me very nauseous) to buying an E-Cig, which helped me cut to 1/2 pack a day, but doesnt have the same effect as "smoking". Living with a smoker, which makes it just as hard, because we find ourselves both craving and we give in together. Anyone have a success story of what they did in lieu of smoking when they craved while trying to quit?
