University of Cambridge accept IB diploma?

I live in the United States. I am currently on track to get an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Will the University of Cambridge accept that in lieu of GCSEs or the SAT? What else do I have to do to fulfill the requirements for admission? Thanks for the help!
