If our money, time, and resources were instead allocated towards education?

We spend a crap load per pupil. The problem is not funding. The problem is teachers that get tenure. Students who refuse to work. Parents who expect schools to raise their kids. Shallow end of the gene pool multiplying quicker than the deep end.
