How can kick squatters out!?

I have a empty condo in Florida that is been in foreclosure for the past 2 years, however the bank now offers me a deed of lieu. However when I went back to check my condo I got people living there with a fake lease which has a forged name as well. I called the cops and they all say is a civil matter that needs to be take care in court. I went to the courts and they were no help. I need to kick these people out of my condo so I can get this deed of lieu process complete. Any answer is appreciated!
