Am i a sexual sadist?

I have reason to believe that i am a bisexual necrosadist, (i.e. someone who gets sexual pleasure from watching people suffer and die) this is not a conclusion i've come to over night, since i was 16 i've obsessed over serial killers, i can't seem to read enough about them, or watch enough documenteries or movies about them. I've had a recent fasination with Anthropophagy(cannibalism) and have had countless sexual fantasies that included it, all of which have caused me to ejaculate. I'm into bondage and i don't seem to care about the sex of my partner as long as i'm in control, i also have a thing for piquersim( using a knife in lieu of my penis) in my sexual fantasies, and while i fantaise about doing such things while i masterbate, i'm not sure if i'm capable of doing stuff like that for real, the prospect of doing it doesn't bother me, but that could just be because i can't grasp the magnitude of what i think about doing, do i need help?
